Van Life Match provides a platform connecting potential van buyers with van manufacturers, dealers, and relevant resources. Our Services include but are not limited to:
- Van matching quiz and recommendations
- Dealer connections and lead generation
- Informational resources about van options
- Communication tools between users and dealers
3. User Accounts
Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content

If you are a dealer or manufacturer using our Services:
- You agree to provide accurate information about your business and products
- You agree to respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
- You agree to pay applicable fees for lead generation as outlined in your dealer agreement
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to consumer protection and data privacy
6. Intellectual Property
The Van Life Match name, logos, website, and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Van Life Match, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Van Life Match shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Van Life Match disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
